At Elyria Skincare, we are dedicated to providing high-performance, science-backed formulas. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you. We offer a 15-day return and refund policy, allowing you 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Note: To maintain the integrity and hygiene of our clinical formulations, products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Return & Refund Eligibility
We will process a return or refund for products found to be damaged or defective, provided the following conditions are met:

Dispatch: Once your request is authorized, securely package the item in its original clinical packaging and send it to our provided return address.
Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the amount will be automatically credited via your original payment method or a selected alternative within a few business days.
Exchange Policy
We will facilitate an exchange if the item delivered does not match your original order. To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
The Efficient Exchange Method: To receive your intended product as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the incorrect item for a refund and placing a new order simultaneously.

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our inventory, we cannot accept returns for:
